Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item.

• 2.
  Quality Inspection

  Ensure the apparel is in its original condition, unwashed, and with all Murder Mystery tags still securely attached.

• 3.
  Package & Ship

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and ship them back to our warehouse address provided by our support agent.

• 4.
  Refund or Exchange

  Once your return is inspected and approved, we will process your exchange or issue a store credit/refund within 3-5 business days.
